Let’s Go Away For Awhile

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, my cabin fever led me to create this deeply personal scrapbook-like project. Let’s Go Away For Awhile isn’t a 100% complete record of my trips, but I did my level best to capture as many details as I could from travels that took place from the 1990s to 2018. The project name is derived from a song on the Beach Boys album, Pet Sounds.

I treated this project as a “playground” for various creative fluencies including layout design, photography, lettering, and vector graphics.
